Emma Holten
Emma Holten (b. 1991) holds a Master’s degree in Modern Culture from the University of Copenhagen. Since 2014, she has worked internationally on feminist agendas. She has been a member of the European Institute of Gender Equality’s Expert Forum and serves on the advisory group for women’s rights at International Human Rights Watch. Since 2019, she has been giving lectures on feminist economics and the value of care.
Underskud (Deficit. On the Value of Care), published in 2024, is her first book. She lives in Copenhagen.
